Congratulations to the city officials of these towns! They have successfully sold out their citizens to both Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030.
As previously posted, Coeur d'Alene has been invaded by the United Nations (UN) non-governmental organizations (NGO) to brainwash the city officials on the Utopian idea that the finest way to live is by cramming people into small living quarters above workplaces to save the environment, keep educational systems contained within that area to provide for corporate workforce needs, lovingly allocate humans equal share of living space and utilities, provide a unrealistic safe environment, eliminate distinctions between individuals as all will be equally treated, and allow use of a "green" space where they can go picnic. What a joke. Well, the movement is on in other Idaho cities. While Agenda 21, Chapter 7 entitled Human Settlements, covers the essence of cramming humans into dense cities living atop businesses with small green spaces used for their outdoor enjoyment while getting about by walking and biking or using mass transportation, Agenda 2030 takes it farther. Agenda 2030 includes the fascist concept of developing human capital. Now while there are several different definitions of fascism, it could be said that these cities fall into the definition of "A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition". In this case, the dictator being the UN with their UN corporate partnerships, public-private partnerships so overwhelmingly touted by our government at every level, and the violent suppression of the opposition as we have seen in cases around the northwest. Although Agenda 2030 claims there are 17 sustainable goals, #18 clearly states there are 169 associated "targets". Now Agenda 2030 doesn't specifically state clusters but it is clearly laid out in various goals. Clusters are regional developments with concentrations of related industries and where humans are crammed to serve the needs of the industries. In addition to the resources needed for everyday life the cluster also focuses on education programs that train future workers for servicing the local industry. Page 89 in this UN Global Sustainable Development Report defines one emerging theme for the 2010's as public private coordination and regional/cities cluster development while page 95 outlines the need for "...educational policies supporting industrial transformation and inclusive growth through training and capacity building (see Section 5.3.3) are critical to accommodating the rising demand for skilled labour." This is all part of the economic development scam, bringing various businesses to the cities and then servicing those businesses with a local workforce while at the same time creating a regional system of corporate control, aka fascism. That is just a basic overview so it is easier to see how the UN is leading these Idaho cities by the nose. The UN has infiltrated down to the most local governments via Agenda 21 which puts the necessary structure into place before Agenda 2030 was even formally adopted. Twin Falls Twin Falls adopted their plan, Twin Falls Vision 2030, in 2009. Going through this document residential cluster development is identified on page x and xx, describing it as a wide range of housing types and mixed use. Starting with pages of concern about population growth on 1-10, it leads to the justification for condensing Twin Falls citizens, right in line with Agenda 2030. On page 2-20 this plan outlines the need for high density housing with inclusion of local businesses located for citizens wanting a "unified environment". Did Twin Falls citizens request that? Page 2-26 describes clusters for "...more compact forms of residential growth...and cluster development...", but it is page 3-7 that provides a true graphic of cluster development. Cluster promotion continues from page 3-19 to 3-22 with a nice graphic on 3-18 that shows just how many more citizens will be crammed into a small space, that is, 220 lots on 1/8 acre versus the current 148 lots, that extra land available for having a picnic. Now the Twin Falls plan falls short in their education and finance development in relation to Agenda 2030, that is, putting those institutions inside the clusters. But as the city planners and UN NGOs are indoctrinated you will see it coming as a necessity to educate the citizens for future corporate workforce development within the cluster. Watch for updates to the plan that will be similar to McCall. However, Twin Falls did come up with a comprehensive plan update which permanently "...establishes a water service boundary that sets limits on land use and development until in-fill parcels are developed...". Twin Falls hired an out of state firm, Landmark Design, which is guided by the UN NGO, United States Green Building Council (USGBC) rating program SITES, to create the boundary and design the landscape. This rating program was created in part by the American Society of Landscape Architects, UN NGO. Landmark Design also promotes LEED, a USGBC certification for green buildings. So nice to know another Idaho city has engaged the UN into its city design. Meridian Now that Boise continues to actively transform into a human settlement, it is only natural that next door neighbor Meridian join the bandwagon. KTVB had a glowing report on the "mixed use" development proposal coming to Meridian with hopes of boosting the economy. The term mixed use basically means businesses on the ground floor with small apartments on top and walking to work with mass transportation available for other needs. There would be no need for anyone to live outside this small cluster on 300 acres. How many people can be crammed into that space? This Meridian plan was actually adopted in 2007. A view of this picturesque community can be found on page 3-2. Pg 3-5 identifies the land use areas as residential, mixed use, employment, and special areas. There is also a nice picture of low and medium density housing. Medium density is described as multi-family but it is nothing more than what used to be called a fourplex, that is four apartments in one building. This document claims there should be six dwellings per acre. On page 3-6 you have pictures of medium high density buildings which is nothing more than apartment buildings, not looking much different than the high density buildings on page 3-7. One very important item left out is that you will be paying a high price for rent as high density housing drives costs up. But more importantly, your wasted rental dollars will stop your gaining in personal wealth through private property investment, one huge UN goal being the elimination of private property as it is viewed as wealth (page 28 D. Land Preamble). Employment is covered on page 3-9 and describes this employment cluster in supporting more than 30,000 employees. Wow, that many people working on 300 acres, 100 humans per acre. Sounds a bit crowded. But not to fear, page 3-13 shows the happy serfs walking along a predefined path for their outdoor pleasure while 3-18 has the main routes of transportation for you to get around, and with complete streets on page 3-19 one will notice restricted car use. Second Agenda 21 goal, the loss of freedom of movement, there will be no way for you to escape this cluster freely with a vehicle, at least it will be much harder. This should be frightening for everyone. Without going into much further detail on what this plan offers, one has to stop and think how their whole lifestyle will be defined, and freedom taken. You will no longer have freedom to decide how you live, how much space you will live or play in, how you design your living space, where you can roam, what stores you will go to, or your freedom to go other places. All of it will be decided by the UN through continued filtering this indoctrination down via city planners and NGOs. Because this plan was created in 2007 the Agenda 2030 expansion isn't included. What is left out is the educational and financial institutions for workforce development. But as the plan goes forward this will be added and most likely there will be more UN NGO involvement as it was in Coeur d'Alene. If you live in Meridian, beware. McCall Perhaps this is the most devastating plan of the lot, deserving the most attention. Several nefarious individuals, some elected officials, and the UN NGO Chamber of Commerce, (pg 2) have colluded together making the whole Valley County a "region". Both Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 promote regional development which in turn creates a hidden body of individuals who make decisions about where and how you live, and who are not elected by citizens. This plan is called the Western Central Mountains, Idaho's Adventure Corridor, Economic Development Strategy. Why bother with this name, at least other cities were honest about naming their plans after Agenda 2030. To help the reader understand how this aligns with Agenda 2030, a summary of the plan's goals will follow with the relevant Agenda 2030 goal. The Agenda 2030 document can be referenced for more information. Also, all page numbers refer to the adobe page number rather than the plan page itself. Starting on page 8, the area has been renamed as a region (goal 9.1,11.a). rather than Valley County with unique individual towns. This plan focuses on six areas including jobs, housing, transportation, education/culture and recreation, health/well being, and regional communication (pg 20), all for "economic growth". Agenda 2030 9.1 Develop quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure, including regional and transborder infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, with a focus on affordable and equitable access for all 11.a Support positive economic, social and environmental links between urban, peri-urban and rural areas by strengthening national and regional development planning While the beginning of the plan goes into detail justifying the reason for its own self creation, the condensed version is used for purposes of this post. Also, Agenda 2030 refers often to developing countries. The United States is considered a developed country but the same agenda applies to us. Western Central Mountains Idaho's Adventure Corridor Economic Development Strategy Jobs (pg 62) This particular section focuses on forestry and mining, however employment is scattered throughout each section, called workforce development. One important issue to remember is that the goal is developing areas to serve corporate and industry needs, interchangeable terms, touting it as "economic development". There is a section on cluster development that warrants mentioning starting on page 36. This section discusses the "industrial" cluster and defines it as "...concentrations of related businesses...that arise out of various types of industries...advantages to industry clusters include their ability to...catalyze new business development; accelerate innovation and technology (goals 8.2, 8.3); and increase access to labor, financing, and support services. When a cluster forms in a rural area, it presents an opportunity to strengthen the regional economic base, sustain a skilled labor force (goal 8.5), and improve the quality of life." Forestry is one focus (goals 15.1, 15.2, 15.b), and is a major Idaho resource controlled by the UN (See August 2015 archives). This clearly spells out the intent of this plan, to develop clusters that will train the workforce for the industry or business that is brought in. Back on page 62 Jobs 1 & 5 encourage funding opportunities, promoting job creation, and promoting spin off industries (goal 8.3, 8.10, 9.3.). Agenda 2030 8.2 Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, including through a focus on high-value added and labour-intensive sectors 8.3 Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services 8.5 ...achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people... 8.10 Strengthen the capacity of domestic financial institutions to encourage and expand access to banking, insurance and financial services for all 9.3 Increase the access of small-scale industrial and other enterprises...to financial services, including affordable credit, and their integration into value chains and markets 15.1 ...ensure the conservation, restoration and sustainable use of terrestrial and inland freshwater ecosystems and their services, in particular forests...in line with obligations under international agreements 15.2 ...promote the implementation of sustainable management of all types of forests... 15.b Mobilize significant resources from all sources and at all levels to finance sustainable forest management... Energy (pg 63) The intent here is to explore renewable energy sources for the economy and promote technological innovation (goal 7.a). Agenda 2030 7.a ...enhance international cooperation to facilitate access to clean energy research and technology, including renewable energy, energy efficiency and advanced and cleaner fossil-fuel technology, and promote investment in energy infrastructure and clean energy technology Leisure and Hospitality (pg 64) This is a second identified cluster on page 37, with subclusters for accommodations, visitor attractions, and cultural/educational entertainment. Leisure and hospitality is the synonym for Agenda 2030 tourism (goals 8.9, 12.b). The goal is having the area remain a tourism industry with year round employment on a regional scale, not to the enhancement of each individual community. Agenda 2030 8.9 By 2030, devise and implement policies to promote sustainable tourism that creates jobs and promotes local culture and products 12.b Develop and implement tools to monitor sustainable development impacts for sustainable tourism that creates jobs and promotes local culture and products Agriculture (pg 65-66) Enter the Valley County Economic Development Council (VCEDC). Did the citizens of Valley County elect these people? Well they have been busy "broadening" workforce development and have developed a "strategic plan" to network businesses and education, promote local food production (goal 2.3, 2.4), strengthen telecommunications (goal 9.c, 17.8), attract businesses (goal 8.3), promote affordable housing and transportation (goal 11.1, 11.2), and of course develop energy (goal 7). Bear in mind, if you have any concerns or complaints about any part of this plan, you are out of luck. They don't have to answer to you, you didn't elect them and they do not represent you. Regions and associated councils are created to undermine America's government structure, that is why the UN wants regional development. The Western Central Mountains plan will support secondary education in developing a curriculum for agricultural careers. Forget that family, who for generations, have passed their knowledge of farming to their children and grandchildren, and most likely know more than any teacher or professor whose knowledge comes out of a book. Getting back to Idaho's Adventure Corridor agriculture goal, the mission is to increase sales which "...could translate into many new jobs and provide the community with healthier food options."(goal 2.1, 2.3., 2.4), while using universities to teach farmers how to improve production (goal 2.a). Bet those farmers weren't aware they didn't know what they were doing for the last 100 years, even though they produced food. Why get universities involved? There are two reasons. Higher education has been hijacked by the UN, indoctrinating students for years on sustainable development, aka Agenda 21. Secondly, it is the UN's intent to make it impossible for local farmers to stay in business by burdening them with expensive requirements and regulations for "sustainable" food production. In turn, the farmer will be forced to leave his land and agribusinesses will take over. Agenda 2030 2.1 ...end hunger and ensure access by all people...to safe, nutritious and sufficient food all year round 2.3 ...double the agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale food producers...family farmers...through secure and equal access to land, other productive resources and inputs, knowledge, financial services, markets and opportunities for value addition and non-farm employment 2.4 ...ensure sustainable food production systems and implement resilient agricultural practices that increase productivity and production, that help maintain ecosystems, that strengthen capacity for adaptation to climate change, extreme weather, drought, flooding and other disasters and that progressively improve land and soil quality 2.a Increase investment...in rural infrastructure...to enhance agricultural productive capacity... Health Services (pg 67) In spite of a fairly healthy population (pg 54-55), expanding health care services for job growth and better access is seen as a necessity, including the need for new technologies (goal 3.8, 3.c), and "housing" that "attracts" medical staff. Do medical professionals live in a different type of house? Another interesting goal, "Attract healthcare incubators to research and develop innovative medical technologies." What the heck is a healthcare incubator? It only makes sense, if you are going to have a strong workforce you need to keep them healthy for continued productivity. Agenda 2030 3.8 Achieve universal health coverage...access to quality essential health-care services... 3.c Substantially increase health financing and the recruitment, development, training and retention of the health workforce... Workforce Education (pg 68) In spite of a well educated populace (pg 47-48), this plan calls for post-secondary accredited programs in the region because of the importance "...of human capital...". The more they educate you, the more productive you will be for them. It is rather stunning, this plan openly admits intent, "...realigning our secondary and postsecondary education with industry needs" and "curriculum alignment" (goal 4.3, 4.3). How brazen is this statement, "Linking industries with educators is critical to ensuring a competency-based education for current and future businesses." Do the people who create these plans ever read what they are doing? Do they not recognize how fascist, marxist, or communistic this looks? Reemphasized, "stronger partnerships must be forged among educators, industries and employers". They will decide your child's future. Why, even teaching sustainable forestry (goal 4.7, 15.2) is right out of Agenda 21, Chapter 11, while increasing professional health certifications meets Agenda 2030 (goal 3.c.). Your child's future will be determined by this plan through manipulation of the education system and corporate demands. Agenda 2030 3.c Substantially increase health financing and the recruitment, development, training and retention of the health workforce... 4.1 ...ensure that all girls and boys complete free, equitable and quality primary and secondary education leading to relevant and effective learning outcomes 4.4 ...substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship 4.7 ...ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development 15.2 ...promote the implementation of sustainable management of all types of forests, halt deforestation, restore degraded forests and substantially increase afforestation and reforestation globally Housing, Transportation Infrastructure (pg 71-75) Once again we get to the housing (pg 40) and this plan is right in line with "diversified housing", but more striking is its notation that multifamily housing is needed for "serving workforce housing needs" with a specific mention to "workforce housing development" on page 42 (goal 11.1). Will there never be a family home again, will it all be nothing more than a place to house workers? What is this, a concentration camp in Germany? Beware, these units are small, they are only meant to accommodate a few people which in turn is a way to encourage smaller families. Indirect population reduction and control. Touting the creation of walking and biking pathways on page 44, it is reassuring to know residents are willing to take that mode of transportation getting to work during the winter months in the mountains. One quick note about Objective 1 - Promote commerce through improved regional connectivity (pg 75). In each of these plans there are references to transportation corridors which are major thoroughfares through the clusters. These are needed for transportation of goods and commerce from the industries (goal 11a) between the regions, and which will require better internet access through technology (pg 57), (goal 9.c, 17.7). Agenda 2030 9.c Significantly increase access to information and communications technology and strive to provide universal and affordable access to the Internet... 11.1 ...ensure access for all to adequate, safe and affordable housing... 11.a Support positive economic, social and environmental links between urban, peri-urban and rural areas by strengthening national and regional development planning 17.7 Promote the development, transfer, dissemination and diffusion of environmentally sound technologies to developing countries on favourable terms, including on concessional and preferential terms, as mutually agreed Educational, Cultural, and Recreational Opportunities (pg 76-81) Even though Valley County, now known as West Central Mountains, currently has a "very educated population" (pg 47), the goal is now educating a workforce for the region with business partnerships (goal 4.2, 4.3, .4.4, 8.3, 8.5, 8.6). Businesses will be encouraged to develop "on-site prekindergarten school programs", then overwhelming kids with "dual enrollment" for high school students to obtain college credits getting them to work sooner, and have businesses develop internship programs exposing kids to their future work environment and expectations. How limited will the kid be, given only an opportunity for exposure to the industries in the cluster? Will they ever be given the chance to explore other options, or maybe even be free to think about it over the years before deciding what they want to do? What if a girl just wants to be a wife and mom, will that be allowed? For recreation the goal is expanding parks and "green space" with future jobs created through cultural promotion (goal 12.b). Agenda 2030 4.2 ...ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood development, care and pre-primary education... 4.3 ...ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational and tertiary education, including university 4.4 ...substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship 8.3 Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services 8.5 ...achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people... 8.6 ...substantially reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training 11.7 ...provide universal access to safe, inclusive and accessible, green and public spaces... 12.b Develop and implement tools to monitor sustainable development impacts for sustainable tourism that creates jobs and promotes local culture and products Health and Wellbeing (pg 81-83) This aggressive regional plan calls for universal health care (goal 3.8), expanded health infrastructure, access to healthy food, and promoting healthy lifestyles. It defines a healthy lifestyle as "...a critical factor to economic growth as it improves life balance and work-force productivity" ..."starting at an early age". Therefore, it includes public private partnerships and expanding K-12 programs that focus on healthy living and exercise by connecting the program to recreation. It is clear that if they need a workforce, it is necessary to keep that workforce healthy for serving the industries. Agenda 2030 2.1 ...end hunger and ensure access by all people...to safe, nutritious and sufficient food all year round 3.8 Achieve universal health coverage...access to quality essential health-care services... 17.17 Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships Regional Communication (pg 84-85) If a county with individual towns is redefined into a region then transparency is needed to help in understanding that new identity. The plan includes transparency to, "obtain community buy-in" and promote their "regional identity". Sending out newsletters to the unsuspecting citizens with information that is fluffed with the glories of the changes to come and creating a website that nobody will look at should suffice for the deceit (9.c, 16.6, 16.10). And what better form of deceit than marketing the West Central Mountains as one destination even though it is likely the majority of Valley County citizens have no idea what is being done to them. Agenda 2030 9.c Significantly increase access to information and communications technology... 16.6 Develop effective, accountable and transparent institutions at all levels 16.10 Ensure public access to information... Conclusion If there is any question or disagreement that this is connected to the UN, this UN Habitat document, Urban Patterns for a Green Economy - Leveraging Density, is practically verbatim with every plan. The most relevant chapter is titled Compact City from pages 28-67, going into exact detail with diagrams very similar to those shown in the above plans. It also mentions using city planners and the governments to design what should be termed "public housing projects" and not compact cities, and even clustering, "...green economic development can be encouraged through the clustering of industries..." on page 9. It is no coincidence that two of the most resource rich areas of Idaho have been targeted, Coeur d'Alene and McCall, since the UN has full control of forests and have successfully manipulated Tribes into thinking they are having their land rightfully returned to them. McCall, do you see the connection? Hey VECDC, are you ok with selling the Valley County residents out to the UN? Are any of you Americans, have you ever heard of the Constitution? Do any of you understand that you are engaging in an agenda from an entity outside of the U.S. government, that you are not representing those who elected you, and that you are subjecting Americans to an agenda by a foreign body of despots? McCall and the remaining Valley County cities are in grave danger with Twin Falls not far behind. Meridian has already been lost to the Boise movement. How many other Idaho cities have been taken over? Whichever town you live in find out. Let your elected officials know that these city designs are unacceptable and if they won't listen consider a recall election. Protect Idaho.

Agenda 2030 claims to be a replacement for the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDG). But the truth is it is nothing more than an expanded version of Agenda 21. Agenda 2030 was introduced in 2015 with a start date of January 1, 2016. Thanks to UN non-governmental organizations (NGO) and other United Nations (UN) partnerships, Agenda 2030 has already been at work in Coeur d'Alene.
The citizens of Kootenai County were successful in fighting off a horrific implementation of Agenda 21 with the 2010 Kootenai County Comprehensive Plan. This villainous plan would have taken property rights away; controlled private property development; put a false boundary around the city preventing future growth; forced citizens to adopt mostly biking, walking, or mass transportation for mobility; forced social integration; increased regulatory authority over private property; along with other Agenda 21 Human Settlement ideology. The Northwest Property Owners Alliance (NWPOA) found multiple issues to object to in this plan and it was eventually defeated in 2013. But, they're back. With very little citizen involvement the city of Coeur d'Alene has created a plan that disguises the same UN Sustainable Development (SD) agenda in the CDA 2030 Visioning Project. How ironic they used the exact same year as Agenda 2030 and even uses the UN term visioning. Agenda 2030 has crammed forty chapters of Agenda 21 into 17 goals. To really understand their plan to transform "the world", the UN provides you with a in-depth explanation. Did the citizens of Coeur d'Alene ask to be transformed? Part of the purpose of the 2010 comprehensive plan was to create clusters. This is a United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) brainchild to put you into a forced economic development scheme to meet the needs of corporations. Rather than defining it as a cluster, the CDA Visioning Project just creates it. Clusters are the concentration of resources and funding in targeted areas, with patterns of economic growth creating opportunities for the poor, and includes businesses, banks, governments, and education. It is the manipulation of people to serve the needs of corporations. And it is astonishing how this plan even openly outlines it. Because the length of both documents exceeds this post the highlights of both plans, are outlined below. The CDA plan has six themes matched against some of the Agenda 2030 goals. For anyone who lives in the Coeur d'Alene area, it is recommended that these themes are reviewed against the Agenda 2030 goals. Coeur d'Alene Visioning Project Theme 1 - Community & Identity Create places where people can gather; mixed housing; encourage regional adoption; access to child care Agenda 2030 Goal 4 - Access to quality early childhood development and pre-primary education so that they are ready for primary education Goal 11 - Access for all to adequate, safe and affordable housing and basic services; access to green, public spaces; strengthen regional development planning Coeur d'Alene Visioning Project Theme 2 - Education & Learning Address industry needs, educational requirements; availability of skilled workers; improve local workforce education and training programs Agenda 2030 Goal 4 - Equal access to technical, vocational and tertiary education; increase numbers of youth and adults with relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills for employment, decent jobs Goal 8 - Reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training Coeur d'Alene Visioning Project Theme 3 - Environment & Recreation Preserve urban forests; preserve open space; watershed planning; expand recycling participation Agenda 2030 Goal 6 - Protect and restore water-related ecosystems (water sheds) Goal 11 - Reduce waste generation through recycling Goal 15 - Ensure the conservation of forests Coeur d'Alene Visioning Project Theme 4 - Growth & Development Expand medical services, businesses; utilize renewable energy; develop infrastructure master plan to ensure critical infrastructure needs are met; complete a ‘multi-modal’ program of transportation Agenda 2030 Goal 3 - Ensure access to quality essential health-care services Goal 6 - Improve water and sanitation management Goal 7 - Facilitate access to renewable energy Goal 9 - Develop quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure Goal 11 - Ensure access to transport systems; expand public transportation Coeur d'Alene Visioning Project Theme 5 - Health & Safety Expand new high demand medical services; promote development of recreational activities and a healthy lifestyle; nutrition Agenda 2030 Goal 2 - Access to nutritious food all year round by all Goal 3 - Ensure healthy lives; strengthen the capacity for risk reduction and management of health risks Coeur d'Alene Visioning Project Theme 6 -Jobs & economy Support activities to start, recruit, and expand businesses and industries that provide higher wages and wage increases; identify job skills needed by employers; assess worker skill levels; provide skills certification testing for workers to better match worker skills to employer needs; develop economic incentives to attract new businesses or encourage business startup and development activities Agenda 2030 Goal 8 - Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all including young people and persons with disabilities; equal pay for work of equal value; encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services Everything needed for the UN's goal of regional cluster development is in this plan, and beyond. Now why would Coeur d'Alene elected officials do this to their citizens? They are doing it because they don't listen to their citizens, they listen to the UN. The partners in this plan include multiple UN associates. Not only were Kootenai County city planners, who are associated with the American Planning Association (APA), part of this plan, but a UN organization itself, the United Way. Waste Management is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), which just happens to be a member of the International Waste Management Association of North America, a UN NGO. The Salvation Army was also a participating member in this plan's development, and they too are a UN NGO. Another active partner with the UN is the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. And sadly, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce engages in this plan as a traitor to the United States as a UN NGO and member of the International Chamber of Commerce as another UN NGO. So, the UN cronies, who have already been given their assignment to engage with local officials to push UN ideology and goals, have been successful in taking away the rights of Coeur d'Alene citizens. How irresponsible those officials have been to those who elected them. The citizens are the ones who should be advising their officials on how they want their city to look, be managed, and what they want for their future, not the UN. These same citizens should take a direct and demanding approach with their elected officials to stop this plan and insist on their involvement ONLY for any future plans. If those officials fail to listen an immediate recall should be in order. It is time the citizens of all Idaho cities and counties take control of their government. Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) were created in 1962 for cities with greater than 50,000 population to assist with transportation development and city planning. Idaho has several MPOs, all managed by unelected individuals and who are in charge of designing local transportation and city development. MPOs receive funds from from several sources including the federal Department of Transportation (DOT). MPOs have morphed into quite powerful organizations over the years and they all have the same goals for city planning.
Using the Treasure Valley MPO, Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) as an example, you can see the many members and agencies who participate and are involved in "planning services". Being city planners many COMPASS employees are members of the American Planning Association (APA) and COMPASS partners with the Idaho APA. Note they also partner with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Idaho Smart Growth. Look over the Communities in Motion 2040 plan adopted and implemented by COMPASS. Note that it includes walking, dense housing, mass transportation, open space, parks, housing, jobs, etc. COMPASS has a complete list of objectives they are actively working on to complete. Notice also they partner with Idaho Green Building Council (a chapter of the United States Green Building Council, UN Non-governmental organization (NGO), and Army Corp of Engineers which also partners with the United Nations (UN). One would think that DOT only involves transportation issues however as seen here it is heavily involved in how cities are planned because they partner with Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These agencies literally dictate how our cities are designed and built even calling themselves a "Partnership for Sustainable Communities" helping MPOs achieve this goal. On page 2 of this COMPASS document an application was being processed to obtain funding for a sustainable community planning grant. To get any money their requirements are mandated. The Gardner Company, previously noted for using LEED, that is UN, designed buildings has their hands right in the mix. There are several principle elements of sustainable communities, here are five:
So what does any of this have to do with the UN or even how it affects Idahoans or the cities they live in? It should first be noted that the APA is a certified UN NGO and partners with UN Habitat. As previously noted city planners belong to this professional organization. Professional organizations provide training and guidance on best practices to their members. It is the role of the APA, as a UN NGO, to teach their members UN ideology, read the mission statement. The EPA also partners with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). In their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) the EPA and UNEP agreed to "share common goals and objectives" and "further develop and intensify their cooperation and their effectiveness to achieve their common goals and objectives", and that includes how cities are designed. The ULI actually wrote a handbook guide for UN Habitat that "provides leaders and decision-makers with a framework for decision-making around best practices in urban planning." Smart Growth partners with several UN NGOs and their mission is embedding sustainable community principles into your city. It is very difficult to find documentation of actual partnerships between HUD, DOT and the UN. However, on the bottom of page 4 in this 2011 newsletter by RONA (UNEP Regional Office of North America) representatives from HUD, EPA, and DOT attended the UN Rio+20 conference along with other UN cronies. Oh heck, all this time reading to learn how our cities are being designed, it really is better summed up in one page, video included, by The United Nations Human Settlements Programme, otherwise known as UN Habitat. Understanding our Idaho MPOs and how their UN affiliated "partnering organizations" are involved in city planning, it is now clear where the source of this agenda actually originates from, the UN. The next time you hear the terms mixed land use, walking and biking, mass transportation or any other UN term being used to describe the marvels your MPO is creating for your city just remember it is an agenda to restrict your freedom, control your resources, and force you into an small apartment. The UN even has a process called "visioning" to help you see the light, COMPASS describes it on page 9, NGOs describe how to do it, and on page 24 this UNEP book talks about its importance in getting you to buy it. But go easy on your local MPO and city planners, a survey revels they are largely unaware of UN involvement in their planning. You can look at your local MPO activities and see if they are doing the same as COMPASS. For Pocatello, here is their 2010 "Open Space Plan" that includes a boundary restricting future growth, walking paths and biking, visioning workshops, using conservation easements which will be a subject in future posts, cluster development which is a UN brainchild, and partnerships with UN NGOs. In Agenda 21, Chapter 7 on Human Settlements describes how cities should look. 7.4 outlines the need for "partnerships", 7.5c promoting sustainable land use planning and management, 7.5e promoting transport systems, 7.16 identifies UN Habitat as the framework, 7.16c outlines integrates city planning, 7.18 warns about preventing urban sprawl, 7.34d use of professional organizations for training, 7.45E promote transport systems, 7.52c get rid of cars, 7.54b use non-motorized transport (walk/bike), 7.69c energy efficient designs (LEED). Do note that we aren't talking about cities but rather "human settlements". Just as aircraft were used as weapons on 9/11, MPOs across the United States are being used as the weapon for the UN to dictate how our cities are designed. Welcome to the United Nations of Idaho cities. Detroit Detroit officially went bankrupt in July of this year. It is a perfect opportunity for the federal government to move in and create a human settlement. $300 million dollars will be sent to Detroit, not to alleviate their debt, but to partially be used to demolish "blighted" buildings, create transportation suited to high density housing, create a light rail system, create a "regional transit system", and accommodate police on bicycles. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx and Shaun Donovan, the secretary of Housing and Urban Development are active players in this development. As previously noted EPA-HUD-DOT are linked together for the development of human settlements. This will be an interesting development to watch as Detroit is transformed.
Rosa Koire is the author of Behind the Green Mask, founded The Post Sustainability Institute , and also founded Democrats Against U.N. Agenda 21. She speaks on Agenda 21 across the world. Here is another video of an interview that she gave on Agenda 21 and touches on the heart of what is happening to our cities in America.
Bonners Ferry, Idaho
Here is a link to a post by Sara Hall, blogger of The Daily Herb, on how Agenda 21 has infiltrated her small town, Bonners Ferry, in Idaho. As with Kootenai County, the Comprehensive Land Use Plan was one method used to attempt implementation of Agenda 21 goals. She also provides several resources to learn more about regionalism. Her future posts on this subject will added as they become available. It is good to know that other Idahoans are taking a close look at how their community is being affected by Agenda 21. Have you taken a look at your local community? Update to 2nd post Here is the link to the 2nd post by Sara Hall on Bonners Ferry and their encounter with Agenda 21. The scam is the same as the one that occurred in Kootenai County, and which Emmett recently escaped from Smart Growth America. The "visioning" meeting is not for public input but rather to lead individuals into thinking what a utopia would be achieved if only we saved the earth, all the while taking our land away from us. Sara nicely lays out the enmeshed relationship between our federal government and non-profits that belong to the UN and push Agenda 21 objectives. We will look forward to her 3rd post on this subject. 3rd post on Governor Otter's plan to sell out Idaho This third link provides an excellent description on how our current Governor Otter is selling Idaho down the road by working with others to lock up our land for our use and contribute to the Agenda 21 goal of pushing us off our land into human settlements. The post states the WGA Wildlife Corridors Initiative Report isn't available but it can be read here. 4th post on Conservation Easements Once again, Sara Hall, Daily Herb blogger, has written an excellent article with a well laid out explanation on the dangers of conservation easements. The root of conservation easements is embedded in the UN and their NGOs such as the Nature Conservancy. It is the UN working to erode our private property rights in the United States and making a profit from our tax dollars by selling our land to the federal government. For more information about how conservation easements are taking land away from Idahoans, and how the Nature Conservancy is involved, look for posts under private property titled Conservation Easements. In January, 2014, the city of Emmett was selected as a recipient for a free technical assistance workshop by Smart Growth America. Approximately $107,000.00 was awarded as a grant from the EPA through Smart Growth for the purpose of paying a consultant to help Emmett implement smart growth practices. As described by the Smart Growth America website, “This program is funded through a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Sustainable Communities under its Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities Program.” Notification was given to Emmett citizens by including smart growth on the April agenda.
Idaho Smart Growth is the local chapter of Smart Growth America, and they in turn partner with other non-profit groups that promote the same agenda. Smart Growth should be thought of as a concept rather than an organization. Through a variety of mechanisms their ultimate goal is removing humans off private property into high density cities where they live and walk or bike to services, or use some form of mass transportation to get around. Rural living would no longer exist for protection of the environment, thereby creating open space or actually a boundary around further growth. The Emmett City Council wanted more information on Smart Growth before signing the memorandum of understanding. They only needed to look north to Kootenai County to learn about the problems Smart Growth creates. In Kootenai County, radical environmental and Smart Growth activists recognized that by hijacking the county’s Comprehensive Plan they could achieve their goals. Comprehensive Plans are touted as a non-regulatory, visionary and benign however they have the power to direct the county government to enact code that will achieve the Comprehensive Plan’s goals. Comprehensive Plans are non-regulatory but they cause regulations to be enacted. With grants from the radical Bullitt Foundation in Seattle, the Kootenai Environmental Alliance (KEA) was successful in convincing the county commissioners to create a new Kootenai County Comprehensive Plan between 2006 and 2010. KEA board members were appointed to the Planning Commission. In the new Comprehensive Plan the term “develop regulations” appears 197 times. The County Commissioners then hired Kendig Keast Collaborative, a comprehensive planning business from Texas to assist with the new Kootenai County Unified Land Use Code (ULUC) for nearly $400,000.00, money ultimately wasted on a useless code. In Emmett, the consultant would come from Washington D.C. to help them vision Emmett’s new future. The ULUC was drafted by the consultant who largely ignored public comments. Working with the consultant, KEA successfully incorporated regulations that restructured zoning which jeopardized private property rights, limited private property development, incorporated federal laws into county code, promoted open space by limiting how much of your property you could develop (where “development” included roads and driveways), created thousands of non-conforming parcels, created nearly 200 zones, sub zones and sub-sub zones, implemented or increased fines for non-conformance, violated Idaho statute on private property, and the list goes on. Over $400,000 of taxpayer money was wasted developing this code. Once the ULUC was released for input, and the citizens learned of its damaging effects on their county, a brave coalition of Kootenai County citizens banded together and formed the Kootenai County Citizens for Property Rights and North West Property Owners Alliance (NWPOA). These rural property owners turned out to the ULUC Public meeting with over 300 people in a room that holds 150. All that was missing were the pitchforks and torches. The Planning Commissioners realized their secret was out and that the property owners would defend their land and their rights. The ULUC was abandoned but not forgotten as the County Commissioners are set to be un-elected on May 20th. Fortunately, upon learning about Kootenai’s experience the Emmett City Council was wise enough to deny the offer from Smart Growth. As one council member put it, “Why do we need to bring in someone from Washington D.C. to tell us how to run our city?” That is correct. Who knows their own community better than the citizens who live there. Shouldn’t they be the ones to determine what is best for their community? Approximately 50 Emmett citizens attended the council meeting to hear the council’s decision. A round of applause broke out after the truth of smart growth was revealed. America is under siege. The most unfortunate aspect of this is that smart growth is being forced upon us by the federal government. No money can be obtained unless smart growth practices are put into place. High density cities, moving humans out of rural areas, creating open space that will prohibit growth, and forcing you to walk or bike somewhere are all the mainstays of smart growth. The American Planning Association (APA) was one of the first professional organizations abducted to implement smart growth as they are the cornerstone of Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) and city planners. In Idaho, one just needs to look at Boise being transformed into a human settlement with high rise housing, cramped with businesses, bike lanes, and ongoing pushes for mass transportation and open space. Smart Growth, a partner in crime with the EPA, is just one offender in the scam to change our cities. And it is happening across America, all cities are being transformed into human settlements, private property rights are being demolished, unethical relationships are created between the public and private sector for cronyism, and Americans are being left in the dust. We are being manipulated under the ruse of sustainable development, economic development, urban renewal, comprehensive planning, and a multitude of other synonyms for smart growth to believe this is the gift for our city’s future. The very essence of the United Nations (UN) Agenda 21 plan is the concept of smart growth. Under the falsehood of climate change and the destruction of the environment being caused by humans, the UN has been spewing forth fear mongering data that humans will be starving and in crisis if global warming is not addressed. The solution is to compact us into high destiny cities to reduce carbon emissions from cars, protect the natural environment by banning our use of it so humans won’t continue to destroy it, redistribute wealth across the globe so everyone has their fair share, take control of all resources so equal distribution is assured, and use businesses, the media, and our education system to indoctrinate us to believe it. Agenda 21 clearly spells out the intent to push humans into high density cities, control the use of resources, and erase sovereignty so the UN can have ultimate global governance. Anyone who doubts this should go to the UN website and search global governance. Our own federal government has inserted sustainable development, aka smart growth, into every piece of legislation. But it is happening around the world, not just in Emmett. All cities are being transformed into the same structure. But stopping smart growth will not stop this agenda. Emmett has escaped this effort to drag them into smart growth, but they will continue to be attacked through other avenues. The local MPO, COMPASS in Boise, has already included Gem county into long term regional planning and will force transportation corridors that adhere to smart growth practices through their area. The council has a long battle in front of them. Although there are many Americans who understand and are using their time and energy to educate others on the destruction of our cities, other Americans need to wake up and make the effort to understand the driving force behind this agenda, if it is not too late already. Fortunately, the stand off at the Bundy Ranch ended with the decision by the BLM to back off. There has been much speculation as to the real reason for the escalation of this site, one frequently cited was the alleged back taxes owed by Bundy. Reports also include that he has paid these taxes to the state of Nevada. Another speculation is that Harry Reid was involved in a deal to build a Chinese solar plant in that area.
The bottom line is that regardless of which point is accurate, they all meet Agenda 21 objectives to force us off private property and take over all resources. From corporatism with Reid, to over taxation putting ranchers out of business, to globalizing American soil with foreign countries, and forcing humans off land to protect a species through regulations. But there is one other striking reality. Water. The UN has struggled on how to gain control of this resource as covered in previous posts. The most recent efforts led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to take control of all "wetlands" in the U.S. effectively wanting every drop of water on private land. Here is an interesting article on this very subject by the American Thinker. Unless we, as Americans, begin to stand our ground as Bundy did, there is a possibility of increasing events of this nature, the feds coming in with their assault teams. The time is now for states to take the necessary action and take back their sovereignty. This is not the first round for Nevada, it happened once before in 2004, stretching the litigation to 2012, when the BLM and US Forest Service were found guilty. A "travel management plan" has also been considered to restrict our use of the Owhyee area. And instead of the turtle, we now have the sage grouse as the excuse to prohibit use of land. Idaho needs to wake up, we need a governor and representatives who will create laws that protect us from a Nevada style ambush, and get the feds off our land and out of our state. Thanks to Tom Dale, previous Nampa mayor, it looks like Nampa is now going to suffer the consequences of another public-private partnership. Prior to his exiting office, Mayor Dale promoted building a new public library in downtown Nampa. The now restructured Nampa Development Corporation, chose the Gardner company, without putting any bids out, to build the library. The Gardner company is responsible for the massive construction going on in downtown Boise.
The Gardner company is actually connected to the United Nations (UN). On the link you will see that it is "LEED" certified. LEED is actually a program of the US Green Building Council, which is a UN NGO. The Gardner company is also responsible for promoting human settlement concepts in their planning such as high density housing, mass transportation, biking & walking to services, all human settlement concepts. Chapter 31 of Agenda 21 calls for: 31.4.b Promote regional cooperative mechanisms to address regional needs for sustainable development. Such regional cooperative mechanisms could be facilitated through public/private partnerships. Now, the Gardner company has decided to take advantage of a convenient escape clause in the contract to back out of finishing the development of retail space that is part of the library complex. In doing so they have apparently made out with some extra money according to the Idaho Press Tribune and Idaho Statesman. So, Nampa citizens are now bearing the cost of another public-private partnership debacle. With the newly restructured Nampa Development Corporation, now managed by only Nampa city council members, hopefully future projects will not be mismanaged and more accountability to the taxpayers will be accomplished. And, let's hope there will be no more deals made with the UN connected Gardner company. Let's hope Mayor Henry will support local Idaho businesses for future developments. Common Core Exposed
This article from Wisconsin is excellent as it clearly outlines the goal of Agenda 21 as it relates to Common Core and the need for nationalization of education. In summary, the goal of Agenda 21 is to put people into human settlements, create regions within the state which has already been accomplished in in some areas in Idaho, contained within those regions will be businesses who partner with the government, and in turn they will control everything. One regional need will be workforce development which means businesses will determine what the workforce need will be, they in turn will contact the schools, and the schools will prepare children to meet that need. It is imperative that Common Core is stopped. If stopped it will become a major stumbling block to Agenda 21. Get involved if not already, get others to join in the fight against Common Core. Support any candidate who opposes Common Core. It is one of the most critical issues we have in Idaho. |
